• SKI MAGAZINE'S "LODGING PICK OF PARK CITY"
Ski Magazine singled out the House as one of only two homes as a "Lodging Pick of Park City” for its amenities, charm, and unique location
• WINNER OF THE PARK CITY HISTORIC SOCIETY PRESERVATION AWARD (2008, 2009& 2010)
The “Town Lift House” is one of three turn of the century Silver Miner’s Mansions in Park City, which makes this a uniquely large “ski in/out” historical house that sleeps 23 people. The House has many original details and moldings, and is decorated in keeping with its Victorian historic charm; many Ralph Lauren fabrics & antiques.

The Town Lift House has to be the best location for skiers and non skiers in Park City. True ski in/ski out. Very convenient to to lift in a matter of minutes. For non skiers it is a short walk down the hill to all restaurants and shops. We were there with our family of 15 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was very comfortable even at -4 degrees. The staff was excellent with pre trip planning (transportation, groceries, special needs). Everyone was very helpful while we were in the house from welcoming orientation, daily maid service to pre and post trip follow ups from management.
Our family would give the Town Lift House high marks for location, comfort and service.

On this trip, we rented at Park City’s Old Town because our kids wanted to snowboard at the Park City Ski Resort, which Deer Valley does not allow. What a different feel to be in Old Town. The house was walking distance to Old Town’s Main Street. We felt we were in an old silver miner’s town. The Christmas lights on the old brick buildings of Main Street and the charming cozy restaurants of Old Town made this trip memorable.
Every night we took the kids on a walk on Main Street to buy ice cream and fudge. My husband took the free bus to ski Deer Valley one day (10 minute ride). Both the bus stop and Main Street were a short walk from the house. My husband liked Deer Valley, but we enjoyed the ski runs at Park City as much. I would choose the charm and convenience of Old Town over Deer Valley anytime.

We have skied in Park City in the past and stayed in a great hotel, but this time we wanted to bring extra family and friends so instead chose Rental House near the action at the Town Lift Plaza. We were not sure what to expect and when we arrived at 1:00 in the morning to the Main street bringing memories a far west movie scenery. We hopped in bed and hoped for the best. Waking the next morning, we opened the bedroom curtains to the most glorious view of the mountain range and the Town Lift. We then took a tour of the home and each place was better than the next. We had 6 kids and 17 adults and had plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable.
